Report Meeting Access Violations to the MFOIC

If you believe that you have been unjustly denied access to a public meeting either involving local, county, state or federal agencies, please complete the Access Violation Report below. Complaints will be brought to the attention of the MFOIC Board of Directors. Although the MFOIC can not offer any legal advice, your report will help us track where violations are occurring which in turn may be used by you or your attorney. Please complete all fields - your report will not be logged if any fields are left unanswered.
