If you believe that you have been unjustly denied access to public information either involving local, county, state or federal agencies, please complete the Access Violation Report below. Although the MFOIC can not offer any legal advice, your report will help us track where violations are occurring which in turn may be used by you or your attorney. Complaints will be brought to the attention of the MFOIC Board of Directors.

There are two different Access Violation report forms; MEETINGS or RECORDS.
